Machine Operator

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking a Machine Operator in the Waterbury CT area!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, performing routine inspections, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that finished products meet established standards. If you’re safety-conscious, quality-focused, and thrive in a hands-on environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Routine visual inspection
Separation of runners from product
Ensure the material is suitably labeled to prevent mix-ups
Notify supervisor of any production problems
Maintain a clean, safe and orderly workplace

Desired Background/Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous manufacturing or production experience a plus
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Basic understanding of safety and quality standards
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
