Maintenance Technician

CoWorx is seeking Maintenance Technician in the Dudley, MA area!

A well-established manufacturing company is currently hiring Maintenance Mechanics to join their team. These are direct hire, 1st shift roles, offering OT.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repair on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues with tools and equipment
Assist in facility improvement projects, including renovations and upgrades
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and inventory of parts and supplies
Follow all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe work environment
Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors

Desired Background/Skills:

High school diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of maintenance or mechanic experience in a manufacturing setting
Valid driver’s license
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and maintenance best practices
