CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Mold Cleaning Technician. In this role, you’ll help clean and maintain parts used in injection molds that produce our high-quality products. No prior mold experience is needed—just a good work ethic, mechanical interest, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

Clean and inspect mold components using basic tools and cleaning equipment
Follow clear step-by-step instructions for each part type
Report any worn or damaged parts to your supervisor
Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
Work closely with the maintenance team to support production goals

Desired Background/Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
Comfortable using hand tools and learning new equipment
Dependable with good time management and attendance
Positive attitude and interest in hands-on, technical work
