Machine Operators

CoWorx is looking for dependable and motivated Machine Operators to join our team in Sanford, ME. This is an excellent opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals who take pride in producing quality work and want to grow with a stable, long-term employer.

Responsibilities:

Operate production machinery safely and efficiently according to company procedures
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality
Perform routine checks, measurements, and visual inspections of finished products
Keep accurate records of production runs and completed work
Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and minor maintenance
Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and productivity
Follow all safety protocols and report any equipment issues or hazards immediately
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Desired Background/Skills:

Basic computer and math skills
Mechanical aptitude and prior experience operating or working with machinery
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Steady work history (not frequent job changes)
Reliability and commitment to attendance and safety

Other Information:

Shifts & Pay:
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, $19.00/hour
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, $20.90/hour
