Location: Hatfield, Massachusetts

CoWorx Staffing is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Hatfield, MA.
This is a great opportunity working Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm.

Responsibilities:
Answer inbound customer inquiries (phone, email)
Route customer questions to the appropriate internal team.
Provide product information and support, including specifications, usage, SDS (safety data sheet) details, and technical guidance.
Create, enter, and manage sales orders from customers / distributors.
Coordinate with manufacturing and logistics teams to check product availability, lead times, and delivery schedules.
Track order status and update customers on shipments, delays, or other issues.
Help customers with account setup, invoicing, and payments (or connect them to the accounts receivable department).
Resolve billing disputes, returns, or customer complaints in coordination with other departments.
Prepare reports on customer service metrics (volume of calls/emails, order backlog, common issues).

Desired Background/Skills:
Previous Microsoft Office experience required- Word & Excel
Must be 18 years old or older
