Warehouse Order Picker

CoWorx is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker Warehouse Associates to join our warehouse team in the Batavia, IL area!

In this role, you’ll pull and prepare customer orders, use RF scanners and voice-picking equipment, and help keep our stockroom organized and safe. Accuracy, speed, and strong attention to detail are essential.

Schedule Mon – Fri 10am-10pm

Responsibilities:

Pull customer orders according to the picking quota set by management.
Retrieve products from designated shelf locations, verify correct items and quantities, and transport them to the checking station.
Perform basic computer navigation as part of daily tasks.
Use voice-picking systems and RF scanning equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in accordance with the facility’s Stockroom Housekeeping Policy and specific product line requirements.
Maintain accuracy and speed while performing repetitive, routine tasks.
Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of hazardous materials.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Background/Skills:

Must be functionally literate and able to read and recognize product numbers, line codes, and alphanumeric sequences quickly and accurately.
Ability to perform all essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills required.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and meet productivity standards.
Must have recent, relevant and consistent work history
Must be able to work mandatory daily overtime up to 12 hours.
Must be able to relocate form Batavia to Carol Stream in January 2026
This role requires proficiency in English to complete documentation and follow safety instructions.
