Mount Kemble Search group is working with a client in the Hatfield MA area in search of an experienced, team driven Production Supervisor to oversee production and warehouse. This is a direct hire role, 2nd shift, M-F, 2 -10:30pm, with a salary of $65K-$70K.

Responsibilities:

Lead and support a team of production and warehouse employees.
Keep operations safe, efficient, and compliant with all regulations.
Make sure processes follow SOPs and help improve them when needed.
Track production results and share updates with the team and management.
Drive improvements in equipment, systems, and workflows.
Help team members grow by leading training and skill development.
Complete shift paperwork to keep inventory and production reporting accurate.
Oversee equipment cleanouts and safe handling of hazardous materials.
Ensure equipment is used safely and request maintenance when needed.
Verify production output and assist with hiring and onboarding new team members.

Desired Background/Skills:

High school diploma or GED.
5+ years of manufacturing experience in a leadership role
Strong communication skills and great organizational skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
MA 1C License or willing to obtain
Bilingual preferred
Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and regulatory compliance.
Flexible with work hours.
