2nd Shift Maintenance Technician

Mount Kemble Search Group, on behalf of a client in Hatfield MA, is looking for a skilled Maintenance / Mechanic to join their team on 2nd shift Maintenance Role in the Hatfield, MA area!

This is a hands-on role in a manufacturing environment where you’ll maintain and repair plant equipment to keep operations running smoothly. This is a F/T direct hire role at $25 -$30 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Maintain electrical integrity of plant/process equipment and facilities.
Install and maintain electrical equipment, conduit, wiring, and devices.
Troubleshoot and repair sensors, switches, photo eyes, proximity devices, and controllers.
Perform pipe fitting, TIG welding, Heliarc welding, plasma cutting, torch cutting, and general building maintenance.
Use PPE including respirators.
Train in forklift operation, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Spill Response Team, and other safety disciplines.
Work additional hours as needed.

Desired Background/Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent.
2 – 3+ years of industrial mechanical maintenance and repair experience.
Welding and electrical experience required.
Must hold an electrician license certification.
