Assembler

CoWorx Staffing is seeking experienced Wiring Assemblers for a leading manufacturing company in the Whitinsville, MA area.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong mechanical and electrical assembly skills who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

Assemble wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and subassemblies using hand and power tools
Perform point-to-point wiring from schematics and wire run lists
Conduct testing and troubleshooting of assemblies and control panels
Maintain accurate documentation and follow work order protocols
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve assembly processes

Desired Background/Skills:

High School diploma or equivalent required
Experience in electro-mechanical or manufacturing assembly
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wire diagrams
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Reliable attendance, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset
