Job Description:

Location: Whitinsville, Massachusetts

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Wiring Assembler candidates in the Whitinsville, MA area.
This role involves both mechanical and electrical assembly work, testing, and collaboration with engineering to maintain high-quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on skills and enjoys working in a team-driven manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Assemble wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and subassemblies using hand and power tools
Perform point-to-point wiring from schematics and wire run lists
Conduct testing and troubleshooting of assemblies and control panels
Maintain accurate documentation and follow work order protocols
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve assembly processes

Desired Background/Skills:

High School diploma or equivalent required
2–4 years of experience in electro-mechanical or manufacturing assembly
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wire diagrams
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Reliable attendance, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset
