Machine Operator

CoWorx Staffing Services is actively seeking experienced Machine Operators for a local Manufacturing company within the greater Shelton, CT area.

Looking for candidates that have 3-5 years experience within the manufacturing industry performing Machine Operations.

Temp to Hire Opportunity

Shift: Monday – Friday 6:30am-3pm

Responsibilities:

Operate machine at standard speed to product specifications
Load raw material onto the machine as needed
Stack finished boxes on pallets
Perform quality checks, record information, and immediately escalate any issues

Desired Background/Skills:

Must be 18 years old or older
Position entails operations of products that are manufactured using high-speed cutting, folding, and perforating / rewinding equipment.
Operate machine and make all necessary adjustments to sustain production output in accordance with company’s safety policies, machine SOP’s, and machine manufacture’s written manuals and guidelines.
