Reach Truck Forklift Operator

CoWorx is seeking a skilled Reach Truck Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment in the Omaha, NE area.

The ideal candidate will be safety-focused, accurate, and committed to operational excellence. In this role, you will operate powered industrial equipment, manage product movement, assist with inbound processes, and maintain a clean, efficient workspace.

Shifts available:
2nd shift Mon-Fri 2pm-10:30pm
3rd shift; Sun-Thur 9pm-6:30am
Weekend 1st shift Fri-Mon 7am-5:30pm
Weekend 3rd shift; Fri-Mon 8pm-7:30am

Responsibilities:

Safely operate reach trucks, powered industrial lift trucks, and order pickers to lift, stack, move, or position products and materials.
Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy to track inventory and order fulfillment.
Load and unload trailers as needed.
Follow all procedures related to the 7S program, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.
Maintain a strong commitment to process excellence and continuous improvement.
Understand and uphold the Supply Chain Quality Policy.
Perform inbound receiving tasks, including verification, documentation, and material staging.

Desired Background/Skills:

MUST HAVE REACH TRUCK EXPERIENCE
6mo -1 year of forklift experience
Training and certification in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks (reach truck/order picker)
Ability to work a flexible schedule, with occasional overtime when required
Lift 50 lbs frequently and 75+ lbs occasionally
Lift items of various shapes, sizes, and weights
Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull
Stand, sit, or walk for long periods
Use hands and fingers to handle or feel equipment and tools
Work in hot or cold warehouse environments
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Effective communication skills with leadership and peers
High school diploma or equivalent
