Lead Production Associate

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Lead Production Associate candidates in the Chester, CT area. Are you ready for the next step in your career? We are filling 2nd Shift Direct Hire Lead Production Associate positions at Whelen Engineering.

Responsibilities:

Under minimal supervision, applies advanced skills to perform substantially varied and complex tasks.
Adapts new procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and/or equipment to meet the more complex requirements of the position.
Orients, trains, assigns, and checks the work of other employees.
Serves as a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems.

Desired Background/Skills:

Knowledge of production procedures.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders and reports.
Must be able to use simple electrical test equipment and follow written test procedures.
Must be able to distinguish colors.
