CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Maintenance Technician I – 1st Shift (Direct Hire) candidates in the Wilmington, MA area. Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do:

Perform routine and scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues in partnership with management and production teams.
Dismantle, repair, and install machine parts to keep operations running smoothly.
Maintain and repair pipe systems, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and related components.
Conduct minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and building repairs as needed.
Ensure compliance with maintenance plans and safety standards.
Keep facilities clean, organized, and in top condition.

Desired Background/Skills:

What We’re Looking For:

High School diploma or equivalent.
2–4 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Forklift operator’s license and valid driver’s license required; Journeyman’s card preferred.
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems, blueprint reading, and schematics.
Ability to use inspection and test equipment (calipers, micrometers, multi-meters).
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
