2nd Shift Manufacturing Team Lead

Mount Kemble Search Group, the direct hire division of CoWorx Staffing, has a new opportunity for a 2nd Shift Manufacturing Team Lead to join a fabulous company in the retail food industry!

This is a F/T, 2nd shift, direct hire role with a target salary of $65K – 70K.

The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for efficiently overseeing and maintaining safe operations in a manufacturing environment. In this role you are responsible for training, coaching and mentoring employees towards developing their skills and providing them with the tools they require to succeed.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the efficient operation of the Manufacturing Lines, including safety, quality and efficiency.
Ensure that SWK quality standards are maintained and continuously improved.
Knowledgeable of all jobs, tasks and functions on the Manufacturing Line to be able to fully support them.
Monitor payroll for accuracy and adherence to policies.
Follow and enforce with staff all company policies and procedures with regard to safety, quality, sanitation, personnel, maintenance, equipment, and food safety.

Desired Background/Skills:

Education/Skills

High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years in the food manufacturing industry preferred.
Must have proven leadership skills, a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
Must be able to operate electrical and manual pallet jacks and fork lifts.
Must be computer literate – Microsoft office and excel preferred.
