Mount Kemble Search Group, the direct hire division of CoWorx Staffing, has a new opportunity for a 1st Shift Manufacturing Team Lead to join a fabulous company in the retail food industry!
This is a F/T, direct hire role with a target salary of $65K – 75K BOE
The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for efficiently overseeing and maintaining safe operations in a manufacturing environment. In this role you are responsible for training, coaching and mentoring employees towards developing their skills and providing them with the tools they require to succeed.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the efficient operation of the Manufacturing Lines, including safety, quality and efficiency.
- Ensure that SWK quality standards are maintained and continuously improved.
- Knowledgeable of all jobs, tasks and functions on the Manufacturing Line to be able to fully support them.
- Monitor payroll for accuracy and adherence to policies.
- Follow and enforce with staff all company policies and procedures with regard to safety, quality, sanitation, personnel, maintenance, equipment, and food safety.
