Ink Mixer

CoWorx Staffing is now hiring an Ink Mixer for a leading manufacturing client in Salisbury, MD.
If you have production, warehouse, or machine-operator experience and enjoy hands-on work, this Ink Mixer position could be a perfect fit.
As an Ink Mixer, you will be responsible for preparing raw materials, mixing batches, operating equipment, and ensuring quality and consistency in all products. This is a long-term opportunity with growth potential in a stable manufacturing environment.

Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (rotating)

Responsibilities:

• Measure, weigh, and mix materials according to batch specifications
• Operate standard mixing equipment and follow safety protocols
• Record batch data accurately (lot numbers, weights, adjustments)
• Maintain clean mixing area and follow GMP safety standards
• Assist production team and support continuous manufacturing flow
• Lift up to 55 lbs repeatedly
• Use forklift or pallet jack to move materials (training provided)

Desired Background/Skills:

• 1+ year of manufacturing, warehouse, or machine-operation experience
• Ability to work in a hot environment around chemicals and resins
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand/walk/lift throughout a 12-hour shift
• Forklift experience a plus (not required)
