Warehouse Associate /Forklift Operator

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Warehouse Associate /Forklift Operator candidates in the Romeoville, IL area. Join our growing team in Romeoville! We’re looking for reliable, motivated individuals to fill Warehouse Associate and Forklift Operator positions.

Responsibilities:

Load and unload materials within the warehouse or storage facility
Perform a variety of tasks including picking, packing, scanning, kitting, and counting products
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace in alignment with 5S standards
Utilize a barcode scanner and warehouse management system (WMS) to track and process inventory
Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team
Operate powered industrial trucks and order pickers to safely move, lift, stack, and transport products, equipment, and materials
Use a handheld scanner with a high level of accuracy to track inventory and orders
Load and unload trailers and staging areas as needed
Follow and maintain 5S standards, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
Show a strong commitment to process excellence and continuous improvement
Understand and adhere to Supply Chain quality policies and procedures
Perform inbound receiving processes, including verifying, sorting, and storing materials

Desired Background/Skills:

Previous warehouse experience or previous reach truck forklift experience.
Consistent and relevant work history

Other Information:

1st shift – Material Handler 630am-330pm – $17.25/hr
1st shift – PIT Operator 3p-11p – $21/hr
2nd shift – PIT Operator 3p-11p – $21.50/hr
