Solder Rework Specialist

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Solder Rework Specialist candidates in the Warwick, RI area.

Responsibilities:

Perform precision soldering on SMT and through-hole components
Conduct rework and repair of PCBs, including component removal and replacement
Use microscopes and rework stations for fine-pitch soldering tasks
Inspect completed assemblies for defects or quality issues
Follow IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed

Desired Background/Skills:

2+ years of soldering experience, including rework
Proficiency with soldering tools, hot air rework stations, and microscopes
Strong understanding of electronic components and schematics
IPC certification preferred (but not required)
Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Other Information:

Pay $21-28. Hours Monday -Thursday 6-3:30 Friday 6-10
