Job Description:
Location: Winston Salem, North Carolina

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Quality Assurance professionals for the 2nd Shift in the Winston Salem, NC!
|
|
Responsibilities:
Assist and inspect materials for the assembly process to ensure conformance to specifications
Audit and inspect productions during/following the assembly process
Verify compliance with GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures)
Review, verify and approve production paperwork in order to facilitate release of customer shipments
Communicate production paperwork issues to the customer
Record data for internal analysis of finished goods
Communicate with Customers, if necessary
Communicate Company procedures and customer requirements to the teams
Assist with Internal Audits, customer audits, and regulatory agency audits as required
Maintain and promote a clean and safe environment to ensure your safety and the safety of others

Desired Background/Skills:
High school diploma or GED
Must have strong interpersonal skills
Must be proficient in math (have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals)
Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and written directions.
May also be required to write reports and correspondence and also speak effectively before groups or employees of the organization
Must have the ability to understand how to carry out detailed but uninvolved oral or written instructions and also the ability to problem solve with few concrete variables in standardized situations
Must have knowledge of basic computer skills
Must be able to work overtime as it pertains to business needs
