Call/Sales Representative

CoWorx is looking for candidates to join our seasonal team in Northborough, MA as a Call/Sales Representative!

This is an in office position expected to last 3 plus months.

This is a great resume builder where you’ll learn some valuable and transferrable skills to take you further in your career!

Seasonal role, expected to last 2 to 4 months.

Responsibilities:

Fielding initial calls from customers.
Handwriting customer information to pass along to CSRs.
Provide customer with general information including pricing.

Desired Background/Skills:

Looking for any type of customer service experience (retail workers welcome!)
Must be at least 18 years of age. )
Must have basic math skills and neat handwriting. )
This role requires proficiency in English to complete documentation and follow safety instructions.)
