Job Description:
Location: Danbury, Connecticut

CoWorx is seeking Assemblers on 2nd and 3rd shift in the Danbury, CT area!
The Assembler plays a key role in supporting the Assembly Department by ensuring all processes run efficiently and according to quality standards.

Responsibilities:
Accurately pick and prepare required parts for production orders.
Assemble, inspect, and package components and finished products following work instructions, production orders, drawings, and quality guidelines.
Perform specialized tasks as needed within the assembly process.
Coordinate daily work assignments.
Use basic software tools for label printing, SAP transactions, and testing programs.
Serve as a backup to the Line Leader when required.
Demonstrate proficiency in multiple assembly areas.
Handle complex assemblies and ensure accuracy.
Train and support other assemblers as needed.
Mount or install components required for both sub-assemblies and finished products.
Maintain a clean, organized workstation and shared work areas.
Assist different assembly teams as a temporary floater when needed.
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals.

Desired Background/Skills:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Prior assembly or manufacturing experience required.
Good manual dexterity and strong hand–eye coordination.
Mechanical aptitude.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Ability to operate manufacturing and basic electronic testing equipment.
Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and work under deadlines.
Basic computer skills, including the use of scanners and printers.
Must be able to do 2nd and 3rd shift.
