We are seeking a detail-oriented Kit Assembler to support our Surface Mount Technology (SMT) operations. In this role, you will retrieve components from stock, assemble complete kits for production, and break down completed kits for accurate inventory return. Responsibilities: Retrieve parts from stock and assemble complete kits for SMT operators. Break down completed kits, including part verification, x-ray counting, and returning components to proper stock locations. Read and understand process documentation and assembly drawings. Pull parts from various packaging types (tape & reel, tubes, boxes). Work quickly and accurately with strong attention to detail. Stand for extended periods as required. Collaborate effectively in a team environment. Adapt to changing responsibilities based on organizational needs. |

Desired Background/Skills: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Basic computer skills (Word, Excel). Familiarity with ESD requirements is a plus. Knowledge of electronic components is helpful but will be taught on the job. |
