Manufacturing- Tablet Operator

CoWorx Staffing Services has immediate temp to hire Manufacturing Tablet Operator openings with a fantastic, employee-focused client in the Edison, NJ area!

We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Table Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain production tables and associated equipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while following strict safety and quality standards.

** Prior experience as a Table Operator or similar role
1st Shift; 5:30am – 1:30pm – Pay Rate $19.00/hour
2nd Shift- Monday – Friday/1:30pm – 9:30pm – Pay rate $20/hour.

Responsibilities:

· Operate and monitor table machinery and equipment according to established procedures
· Set up, adjust, and calibrate machines for production runs
· Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
· Troubleshoot equipment issues and report mechanical problems
· Document production data, machine settings, and output accurately
· Collaborate with supervisors and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
· Assist with routine equipment maintenance and changeovers
· Follow all GMPs/SOPs, safety rules, and compliance guidelines

Desired Background/Skills:

· High school diploma or equivalent
· Prior experience as a Table Operator or similar role
· Experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or industrial equipment
· Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
· Ability to read work orders, measurements, and technical instructions
· Good hand–eye coordination and attention to detail
· Ability to lift 40-50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
· Forklift certification (if applicable)

Other Information:

Shift Details:
• Monday – 2nd shift – 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM (3-4 weeks training- 5:30am – 1:30pm or 7am – 3:30pm) or 1st shift 5:30am – 1:30pm.
