Job Description:
Location: Rochester, New Hampshire

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to support the production, inspection, and assembly of composite products in the Dover, NH area. This role requires a strong commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork, along with the ability to work across multiple manufacturing processes in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform manufacturing operations to produce quality composite products and components.
- Set up and operate equipment according to work instructions and procedures.
- Conduct in-process inspections to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Complete production documentation and ERP transactions accurately.
- Perform daily equipment checks and basic autonomous maintenance.
- Support inventory counts, process improvements, and corrective action activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Help achieve production goals related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC).

Desired Background/Skills:
- Aerospace, composites, or advanced manufacturing experience.
- Basic understanding of hand tools.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience working with manufacturing equipment.
- Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Open to a 2nd and/or 3rd shift.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and process documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting.
