CoWorx is seeking Maintenance Technicians in the Rochester NH area!
only weekend shifts available. Fri-Sun- 7 am to 7 pm or 7 pm to 7am (Direct Hire – Excellent Pay + Shift Differential!)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Shifts: Weekend Shifts Available, Friday-Sunday, 7 am to 7 pm or 7 pm to 7 am (with excellent shift differentials)

Responsibilities:
Maintain, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production floor machinery and equipment
Perform and improve preventative maintenance (PM) procedures on all equipment
Provide technical guidance and support to Level I Maintenance Technicians
Support production with changeovers, product setups, and line start-ups
Perform scheduled and unscheduled PM tasks using company-preferred systems
Partner with production supervisors and staff to ensure timely communication and workflow
Document all maintenance performed to meet compliance and accuracy standards
Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S principles
Maintain strong attendance and reliability

Desired Background/Skills:
3–5 years of maintenance experience required
Experience with electrical, mechanical, controls, or tooling maintenance preferred
Experience with PLCs preferred
Exposure to vision systems (inspection, robotics, automation) a plus — or willingness to learn
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable using basic computer systems; Microsoft Office & SAP experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED required
Willingness to complete employer-provided technical training
