Customer Service Representative

This position is remote, but you may be asked to visit the corporate office on occasion, so ideal candidates do live or are able to travel within the DFW area.

Pay Rate: $14 per hour
Flexibility is REQUIRED to work a schedule between the hours:
***M-F 8am-8pm; Sat 8am-4:30pm***

Responsibilities:

Assist customers via telephone, email, chat and or SMS
Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
Diagnose and resolve problems or issues
Monitor progress of delivery routes
Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

Desired Background/Skills:

Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
High school diploma or equivalent
1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment
Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
Solid ability to multitask
Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions on customer expectations
