Assembly Technician

CoWorx Staffing is actively seeking experienced Assembly Technician’s in Cheshire, CT and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

Focused individual; able to do a repeatable job with precision and maintain concentration.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational and interpersonal skills
Good written and verbal communication skills. Reads and understands English.
Is able to read and correctly interpret Engineering drawings.
Must complete all necessary reporting and required paperwork.
Must follow all safety procedures and practices.
Able to read and work off of Engineering prints.
Understand assembly process.
Able to use measuring devices, including torque wrenches and calipers.
Ability to use a variety of tools, wrenches, screw drivers, and snap ring pliers.
Able to use pneumatic-operated presses.
Able to understand the operation of the valve

Must be accurate (ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly).
Must be energetic (ability to work at a sustained pace and produce quality work.

Must be organized.
Ability to read and follow work instructions, procedures and policies.
High School Degree or GED Required.

Other Information:

Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30pm (No weekends)

2 Scheduled paid 15-minute breaks and 30-minute scheduled meal break. Break room available with microwave/fridge.
