Quality Inspector

CoWorx Staffing is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Quality Inspectors for opportunities in the Fishers, IN area. This role supports a leading quality assurance provider and involves hands-on inspection, sorting, and documentation of automotive, medical, and various manufacturing components. No experience is required — full training is provided.
This position offers weekly pay, consistent scheduling, and a clear path to full-time hire with a pay increase.

Responsibilities:

Perform visual and manual inspection of parts and components
Sort, verify, and document product quality
Follow written work instructions and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Use basic measurement or inspection tools as needed
Complete required training and follow all company policies
Support production needs and additional tasks as assigned

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
No prior experience required — training provided

Other Information:

Pay: $15.00/hr to start — $17.00/hr upon hire
Shifts:
6:00am–2:30pm (Must have flexibility for 7:00am-3:30pm)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays based on production needs
