CoWorx Staffing services is looking for an experienced, AP Coordinator to work with our premier client, Yamaha Motor Company, located in Cypress, CA. The position is Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 7:30 a.m.to 4:30pm, with a one-hour lunch break, and offers a pay rate of $19.00 to $22.00 per hour. The duties of the Import AP Coordinator will be processing of import related billings, truck freight, courier and miscellaneous charges. This will include auditing of charges, assignment of appropriate GL and cost center for each charge. Maintain accurate records in Excel and paper records. Process all coded invoices through the ADP accounting system and route to management for approval. The candidate will also assist in processing custom related billings and other tasks as needed. |
