CoWorx Staffing is hiring for remote Customer Service Representatives in Dallas, TX
Pay Rate: $14 per hour

Flexibility is REQUIRED to work this schedule between the hours:
***M-F 8am-8pm; Sat 8am-4:30pm***

Must live in the DFW Metroplex
Prior Customer Service experience is required.
Reliable internet connection (hard-wired required)
Must have access to a computer or laptop to complete required skills testing.
Must have a quiet, private work area free from interruptions.
Training requires full attendance for all 4 weeks; no absences or schedule interruptions are permitted.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers via phone and email
Provide clear, accurate information and support
Document interactions with attention to detail
Maintain professionalism while navigating stressful calls
Collaborate with your team and supervisors remotely

Desired Background/Skills:

Excellent written communication skills for sending clear, professional emails.
Strong verbal communication skills for answering and handling support calls.
Must be able to type at least 30 words per minute (WPM) with accuracy
