Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and looking for an opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team? G & F Precision Molding is seeking motivated individuals to work in a clean, quality-focused production environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Operate production machines and equipment in a manufacturing and clean room environment.
• Follow verbal and written work instructions to ensure product quality and accuracy.
• Perform simple assembly and secondary operations using hand tools.
• Inspect, count, and package finished products.
• Seal, label, and stack completed shipments.
• Accurately record production and scrap data in the ERP system.
• Maintain compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

Desired Background/Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math skills and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Experience using hand tools.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and focus.
• Previous clean room or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Other Information:

Pay rate: $16.75- $18.43/hr.
