Warehouse- Production Associate (Bilingual-English/Spanish)

CoWorx Staffing Services has immediate direct hire Bilingual (English/Spanish) Warehouse Production Associate openings with a fantastic, employee-focused client in the Somerset, NJ area!
Patrol Production area and Monitory Production Member and Report to Supervisor about the daily production activity.
Scheduled: 1shift – Tuesday – Saturday: 7AM – 4PM // 2nd Shift – Tuesday – Saturday 1PM – 10PM

Responsibilities:

Patrol production lines and GMP area.
Report any abnormal situations to supervisor.
Report Line stop and loss information to Teams message.
Contact Maintenance department when machine issue.
Contact QC department when production stops over 45 Min.
Fully understand company policies, Production SOP and SSOP.
Report to supervisor when found line operator not following rule and procedure.
Reviewing daily production record document. Report to supervisor if found any abnormal data.
Ensure daily production schedule completion. Report to supervisor if schedule been not complete.
Receive new line workers and set up the training video and document the training record.
Maintain safe and clean workplace.
Production Data input and Processing.

Desired Background/Skills:

Bilingual- (English/Spanish)
Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point.
Strong Communication Skill and Reliability.
Knowledge of the applicable processes and related equipment.
Require standing and walking for 50% of shift time.
Require sitting for 50% of shift time

Other Information:

Work shift: 1st Shift (07:00 am~4:00pm, including 1hour meal break) or 2nd shift (01:00pm – 10PM)
Working date: Tue to Sat (OT Required including Holiday and Weekend)
Pay rate: $19 starting
