A dynamic, established 3PL company is emerging as a leader and they are looking to hire an Enterprise Sales Representative to help drive this continued expansion. The Enterprise Sales Rep is responsible for developing and growing enterprise customer partnerships that utilize multiple divisions. In this role, “enterprise” refers to customers that leverage multiple service lines.
The Enterprise Sales Representative will lead consultative sales efforts, build executive-level relationships, and develop account strategies that expand customers into additional divisions. This is a high-impact role with ownership from initial outreach through signed agreements and long-term account growth.

Responsibilities:

• Build and grow a book of business focused on multi-division enterprise customers
• Lead consultative discovery to uncover customer challenges and identify cross-divisional solutions
• Develop and execute account strategies that expand customer relationships into additional divisions
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and consistent close performance
• Partner cross-functionally with senior leadership and operations to design solutions, pricing, and commercial strategy
• Build executive-level relationships and manage complex stakeholder groups through the full sales cycle
• Represent the organization through prospecting, networking, and formal industry events
• Understand and effectively execute pricing strategies across services

Qualifications

• Three (3)+ years of product and service sales and/or account management experience
• Demonstrated success carrying a quota and winning net-new business
• Proven ability to build relationships with decision-makers, senior and executive leaders
• Experience managing complex sales involving multiple solutions or departments
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Growth mindset with a results-driven approach
• Ability to travel 40–60%
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong team approach
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, or transportation environments
• Proficiency with CRM and prospecting tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, ZoomInfo)
• Working knowledge of ERP, WMS, or TMS platforms
