Job Description:

Location: North Brookfield, Massachusetts

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking a reliable and motivated Order Picker to join our team. This role plays a key part in receiving, labeling, storing, and staging customer orders for shipment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, can follow established procedures, and is committed to safety and accuracy.

Receive pallets of cartons, identify items by code, and store or stage them appropriately
Enter item codes and sizes into the computer (JDE) to review outstanding orders
Select orders by due date, generate gummed labels, apply labels, and separate cartons by customer and ship date
Operate BTs or forklifts to move pallets throughout the department
Use shrink-wrap equipment to prepare full skids for shipping
Store inventory on racks and pull items as orders are received
Respond to handwritten notes when manual overrides are needed
Verify carton counts on all skids before shipment
Report equipment issues, questionable data, or material concerns to the supervisor
Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean, orderly work area
Maintain regular and reliable attendance
Perform other related duties as assigned

Ability to pick and lift boxes following all training procedures
Forklift operation experience is required — including loading/unloading trucks and placing products in correct storage areas
Ability to operate a baler for processing cardboard, scrap rubber bales, and related materials
3–6 months of warehouse or related experience

Other Information:Pay: $19/hr.
Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, 1/2 unpaid meal period
Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, 1/2 unpaid meal period
