Assembler

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Assemblers in the Wareham, MA area.

Responsibilities:

Learn the skills necessary to manufacture custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
Cutting wire to length.
Tinning wire.
Using soldering iron.
Crimping equipment and techniques.
Light electromechanical assembly.
Perform other duties as requested or required.

Desired Background/Skills:

Manual dexterity to use hand tools.
Combination of sitting and standing for the entire shift.
Walk to obtain parts.
Concentrate to product quality assemblies.
Read work instructions and blueprints.
Use a computer when required.
Eye-hand coordination while assembling parts.
Working environment is a clean manufacturing area with little noise or unpleasant conditions.
Position uses lead solder.
Exposed to heat from soldering iron.
