Job Description:

Location: West Springfield, Massachusetts

CoWorx Staffing is hiring a Customer Service Representative in West Springfield, MA area.

Responsibilities:

In the Customer Service role, you are responsible for providing timely, professional, and customer-focused support to internal departments and external customers. This includes responding to inquiries, resolving issues, delivering accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to uphold company values in all interactions.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, or chat
Provide accurate information on products, services, and processes
Take ownership of customer issues and follow through until resolved
Troubleshoot problems and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives
Keep customers informed of progress, next steps, or resolution timelines
Document interactions when required within company systems or logs
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures
Use available tools, resources, and company systems to support customers effectively
Represent the organization positively in all interactions
Maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy/data protection requirements
Coordinate with fellow customer service representatives, sales accounts, and internal departments to support customer needs
Seek feedback and use it to improve customer service quality

Desired Background/Skills:

Previous Microsoft Office experience required- Word and Excel
Previous office customer service experience

Other Information:

8am-4:30pm M-F
$18.50/hour
