Machine Operator

CoWorx Staffing Services is hiring for Machine Operators in the Westfield, MA area.

Responsibilities:

Set-up, operate and adjust printing and/ or wax coating equipment to manufacturing order (MO), Standard Operating Conditions (SOC) and to production schedule requirements.
Inspect/ test product for basis weight, appearance, print quality, color match, and other requirements to insure that the product meets quality specifications.
Understand and interpret production requirements by manufacturing order (MO) as well as written and verbal instructions.
Perform routine calculations to determine amount of wax/ ink required for manufacturing order (MO).
Performs routine cycle counts of ink and notifies the supervisor of major discrepancies.

Desired Background/Skills:

Previous manufacturing experience with longevity

Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday – Friday 3-11pm
