Maintenance Technician

CoWorx is hiring skilled and dependable Maintenance Technicians to support operations at a large, established facility in Newington, NH.

Technicians will play a key role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and reliable work environment while collaborating with operations and maintenance teammates across multiple shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative, routine, and corrective maintenance on equipment, machinery, and building systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic issues to minimize downtime
• Complete work orders accurately and follow established maintenance schedules
• Maintain a safe and organized work area while adhering to safety standards and procedures
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members across shifts
• Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues or maintenance needs

Desired Background/Skills:

• Prior experience in industrial and/or manufacturing maintenance
• Working knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems (training provided where applicable)
• Ability to follow standardized procedures and perform consistent, quality work
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
• Basic computer skills for work orders or maintenance logs
• Willingness to work assigned shifts, including nights or weekends if applicable
