Test Technician

CoWorx is seeking an experienced Electrical Test & Quality Technicians in the Whitinsville, MA area!

To be successful in this role, you will perform final inspection and functional testing of control systems and electrical panels in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role requires strong blueprint and schematic interpretation skills, hands-on testing experience, and the ability to troubleshoot and identify root causes of product failures

Responsibilities:

Perform final inspection and functional testing of control panels and systems to meet customer and regulatory requirements
Interpret complex electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
Troubleshoot electrical and functional test failures to determine root cause
Utilize electrical test equipment including multimeters, power supplies, transformers, and related devices
Maintain accurate records and documentation of tested products
Provide technical support to Quality Control and Manufacturing teams
Assist in the development and maintenance of test procedures and test fixtures
Support continuous improvement initiatives and Quality Management System processes

Desired Background/Skills:

Must be 18 years old or older
3–5 years of experience in an electrical testing or control panel environment
Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings
Hands-on experience with electrical testing equipment
Knowledge of electrical industry standards such as NFPA 70 and UL 508A preferred
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
High attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
Effective written and verbal communication skills
