Sales and Operations Manager

Coworx Staffing services in partnership with a nationally recognized provider of commercial cleaning and sanitation solutions is looking for a Sales and Operations Branch Manager in Carlstadt, NJ. You will be leading and helping grow a high performing branch – the right candidate for this role needs to be a A hands-on leader who works alongside their team and drives strong results across sales, service, and operations.

Responsibilities:

Lead from the front by working alongside your team to drive revenue and manage day-to-day branch operations. Deliver exceptional customer experiences while building and maintaining long-term client relationships. Hire, train, coach, and develop team members to support performance, engagement, and career growth. Drive internal sales growth, profitability, and achievement of key performance metrics. Oversee branch financial performance, including budgeting, P&L management, and operational controls.

Desired Background/Skills:

Proven leadership experience in a sales environment, ideally within a high volume service or distribution organization. Demonstrated success driving consistent year-over-year sales growth. Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility. Results-driven communicator who can motivate and align teams.
