Assembler

CoWorx is seeking Assemblers in the Lawrence, MA area!

The Assembler Operator assembles products by applying adhesive according to specifications. This role requires the ability to meet quality standards, read and interpret Job Jacket work instructions, and understand a bill of materials and Assembly Instructions.

Schedules may be: 7:30am-4pm or 8:30am-5pm

Responsibilities:

Laminate and apply adhesives to parts or assemblies.
Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and assembly drawings.
Inspect finished products for quality and conformance to specifications.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Identify and report any quality issues.
Keep the work area clean and organized.

Desired Background/Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Ability to read and understand work instructions and blueprints.
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
