Location: Newington, New Hampshire

Our client, a global leader in complex infrastructure systems is seeking a Production Scheduler to support their manufacturing operations during a temporary leave coverage in the Newington, NH area!

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing workflows, solving problems, and keeping production running smoothly day-to-day.

About the Role: As the Production Scheduler, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring production activities stay on track. You’ll create schedules, release work orders, maintain reporting, and partner closely with Operations, Materials, Testing, and Planning teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys the satisfaction of keeping complex processes synchronized.

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
Generate and release ERP (Oracle) work orders.
Produce production reports (daily ? annual timelines).
Communicate priorities to the Operations team to drive output.
Partner with Materials team to discuss schedule changes and material risks.
Highlight production concerns and collaborate with leadership to resolve issues.
Production planning and raw material demand updates.
Container capacity planning and coordination with Facilities.
Ensuring hardware and testing needs align with shipload deadlines.

Desired Background/Skills:

5+ years of manufacturing experience (strongly preferred).
3+ years in Production Planning, Supply Chain, or related fields (preferred).
Strong Microsoft Office skills; advanced Excel recommended.
Experience with Oracle ERP is a strong plus.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and levels.
Strong decision-making skills and comfort identifying/escalating risks.
Experience with LEAN Manufacturing principles is beneficial.
Ability to work onsite and occasionally lift/move up to 40 lbs.
