Production and Warehouse Associates

We are seeking reliable, hardworking team members to join a growing food production and distribution facility in the Lawrence, MA area. These roles support essential operations, including product packaging, order fulfillment, and warehouse logistics.

Responsibilities:

Warehouse Associates Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and prepare orders
Load/unload trucks
Maintain inventory accuracy
Keep warehouse clean and safe

Forklift Drivers Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts to move product and materials
Stage and organize pallets
Support inbound and outbound shipping
Valid forklift certification (or willingness to get certified)
Prior forklift experience preferred

Desired Background/Skills:

Ability to stand for long periods
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Ability to withstand cold/refrigeration storage conditions
Experience in a distribution warehouse environment preferred – Food, Walmart, Amazon or UPS is a plus!
Experience with finished/raw materials and packaging preferred
