Bilingual Crew Lead

CoWorx Staffing has immediate Bilingual Crew Lead openings with a fantastic, employee focused client in the Rural Hall, NC area!
Shift: 1st Shift Weekend 6:00am – 6:00pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday $16.50 per hour.
Weekly pay plus overtime if needed. Schedule to work 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Train crew on the production line.
• Understand job requirements and specifications.
• Set-up or assist with line.
• Responsible for inventory control, tracking.
• Oversee and monitor production flow on the line.
• Communicate daily operations, safety.
• Ensure that the finished product meets all specifications outlined in the Work Order.
• Ensure adherence to Company Policies.

• Resume needed
• Basic Math
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Must to be 18 and up
• Attention to Detail
• Quality control is important
