Injection Molding Technician

CoWorx is seeking Injection Molding Technicians for the 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift in Charlestown, NH!
We’re seeking an experienced Injection Molding Technician to support a high-volume manufacturing environment. This hands-on role is key to ensuring smooth production, consistent part quality, and reliable machine performance. Pay: Competitive hourly rate + shift differential

Responsibilities:

• Mold Changes & Setup:
• Perform mold changes based on production schedules.
• Safely remove/install molds using cranes, hoists, and related equipment.
• Verify mold alignment, waterlines, electrical connections, and startup quality.
• Process Adjustments & Optimization:
• Set up, operate, and fine-tune injection molding machines.
• Adjust parameters to maintain consistent cycle times and part quality.
• Troubleshoot issues such as flash, short shots, and burns.
• Develop and update setup sheets using scientific molding principles.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance:
• Diagnose machine issues involving hydraulics, pneumatics, or electrical systems.
• Collaborate with maintenance and tool room teams.
• Perform basic machine care and ensure proper handling of molds/tooling.
• Training & Continuous Improvement:
• Support internal technician training programs.
• Work with engineers to improve mold and part performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and mentor junior technicians.

Desired Background/Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to read blueprints, process sheets, and mold schematics
• Experience with hydraulic/pneumatic systems a plus
• Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
