Operations Support Administrator

CoWorx Staffing Services has an immediate opening for a skilled Operations Support Administrator in the Kennesaw, GA area. The Retail Servicing Department is supported by the Operations Support Administrator. Customers, dealers, and internal departments will all interact directly with this role.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients via phone and email. Document any customer disputes. Must respond to customers’ queries DAILY. Monitor customer accounts for payment irregularities, allocate payments. Report billing and credit issues promptly. Reviews contracts to ensure compliance. Generates various reports throughout the day. Answering phones and emails, investigating customer concerns, and resolving customer queries. Assists in analyzing due diligence materials regarding all aspects of a company’s business operations. Recommend potential optimizations to maximize revenue by reducing operating costs, mitigating losses and/or improve the consumer experience. Performs day to day transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. Answers member inquiries and provides information in accordance with Credit Union policies. Assists members with savings products, including checking, certificate, and money market accounts. Records accurate and timely remittance information in customer profile. Assist in viewing their invoices online. Uploading AR data files and invoices to AR Software. Maintains up to date credit limits and customer info in AR Software Provide accurate and timely remittance information to our factoring company. Research prior payments, allocations, and customer disputes

Must be 18 years old or older Basic knowledge of math Adept at utilizing Microsoft Excel Outstanding abilities in client service Strong communication abilities both in writing and speech Well-organized, meticulous, and a good team player Excellent time control Prioritization and multitasking skills Negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills There must be a sense of urgency An optimistic and proactive mindset Exhibit the capacity to exercise sound judgment when exercising initiative, seeking guidance or clarification, and seeking advice from others.
