Title Support Specialist

Job Description:

Location: Cypress, California

Coworx Staffing Services is seeking a dedicated and thorough Title Support Specialist to join our Title Management team.

In this high-volume call center environment, you will be responsible for handling a lot of incoming and outgoing calls, assisting clients with title management inquiries, resolving issues, and correctly processing title documentation.

This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to provide a seamless and fulfilling experience.

Responsibilities:

Handle a lot of incoming and outgoing calls in a busy setting to assist clients with requests and queries pertaining to titles.
Respect business and state requirements while handling releases, reassignments, title transfers, and other documents.
Examine, document, and keep an eye on instances until title issues are resolved.
Provide clients with precise and thorough information about title procedures, regulations, and requirements.
Collaborate with internal divisions, dealerships, financial institutions, and government authorities to obtain and verify information.
Carefully enter data, amend records, and track case progress, use our Loan and Title Management platforms.
By following company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards, make sure that all title-related duties are finished correctly and on time.

Desired Background/Skills:

A high school degree or its equivalent is required; additional education or certification in a related field is beneficial.
Demonstrate proficiency in customer service, title management, or a related field.
Previous work experience in a fast-paced call center is also preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Exceptional precision, accuracy, and compliance with strict guidelines.
Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging circumstances.
Proficiency with CRM systems, title management software, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
The ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a high-demand environment.
Understanding state requirements and title processing processes is beneficial.
