Technical Customer Support Specialist

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking candidates for a Technical Customer Support Specialist role in the automotive and mechanical equipment industry in the West Lebanon, NH area. This role is a a hands-on role working with mechanical systems and industry equipment with the need of mechanical aptitude and experience. As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll help troubleshoot mechanical issues, provide live technical support, and ensure equipment is repaired and returned to top working condition. You’ll also handle diagnosis and repair of equipment for both warranty and non-warranty service. Shift: 1st shift Temp to Hire Opportunity!

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries about mechanical and equipment performance issues Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support (mechanical, not computer-related) Diagnose and repair returned automotive/industrial equipment Document service work and ensure quality standards are met Collaborate with the service team to deliver timely solutions

Desired Background/Skills:

Must be 18 years old or older Mechanical aptitude or experience in automotive/industrial equipment repair Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to communicate clearly with customers and teammates Reliability and willingness to learn
