In this high-volume call center environment, you will be responsible for handling a lot of incoming and outgoing calls, assisting clients with title management inquiries, resolving issues, and correctly processing title documentation. Handle a lot of incoming and outgoing calls in a busy setting to assist clients with requests and queries pertaining to titles. |

Desired Background/Skills:
A high school degree or its equivalent is required; additional education or certification in a related field is beneficial. |
